2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barrington Ave #300, Los Angeles, CA 90049, USA, and delivered via data centres in the EU (Frankfurt am Main). When the site is accessed, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel. For transfers to the USA, Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses also apply.
3. No cookies, no advertising trackers
We do not use cookies, third-party analytics or advertising services, or social media plugins. Fonts and images are hosted on our own server.
4. Enquiry form and email
If you contact us via the form or by email, we process your details (name, company, country, email, phone, content of the enquiry) in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete enquiries once they have been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, write to info@salzundsalz.de.
6. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony (Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen), Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover.
Sending enquiries
Enquiries from our form are sent via the service provider Resend, Inc. (USA) under a data processing agreement and the EU standard contractual clauses. Only the data you enter is processed, solely to handle your enquiry.
